I'd just like to say thank you for matching my hair colour with the extensions. I received my glue in extensions this morning, got home from work and put them straight in. Thanks so much for the clip on hair. I can't believe how amazingly soft the hair feels, and the conditioner is the best I have ever used.I managed to put them in without any problems and I am getting on great with them. However I want something more permanent as I seem to spend my life in the gym these days (still working off those Xmas choccies) so I have placed an order for the glue in extensions (order 195). I have just received an email from you to send you a sample of my hair but you already have this, so I take it I won't need to send you anymore samples. Can't wait to receive the glue in hair and if I have no problems putting them in, then in the next month or so I will order the Remy hair as your recommended. I would like to tell your future customers how thoughful and considerate you have been, in helping me with my hair problem.
My problem was that I had the misfortune to have my hair straighteners explode in my hair. This resulted in my fairly short hair (chin length ) being very much shorter, in fact I hardly had any hair from above my ear on one side of my head, making me very lopsided.
I felt almost suicidal and couldn't leave the house. Which is why I started looking for a solution until it grows again. Then I discovered this website and Michala. I explained my predicament, after the usual hair sample being sent to her, she kindly went to the trouble of obtaining some shorter extentions for my short hair.
I can now fill in the missing damaged hair and wear my hair short as usual (after trimming them to the right length) and I can also wear the remaining longer extentions to give me a shoulder length hair style.
The extentions were a very good colour match and good natural quality. I want to say a very, very big thank you to Michala for her understanding of my problem and help in sorting it all out for me. I can now go out and hold my head held high and be proud of my new hair.
So if you have any unusual problems Michala is your Miss Fix it.

I know I haven't been the easiest of customers, but I knew what I wanted and couldn't rest until I found it.
After 6 months of wearing the clip on (which were brilliant for short-term) I decided I wanted something more permanent...and although I was terrified about the idea of glue in hair, I took the plunge and ordered 2packs of the remi-elite straight 22inch glue in hair. I followed the instructions and was surprised at how easy they were to put it and how stable they felt..once i finished, i tonged the hair and this is the first time i believe that it was all my hair..i ran my fingers through it and it felt real...even my husband was amazed .....

So sorry I wasn't in when you came around with my extensions - the reason I wanted them so quickly is because one of my good friends is getting married tomorrow.....& only decided to tell everyone 3 days ago - she was going to keep it all a secret until the big day but I think she realised it'd be too hard or she just got too excited, so she told us early :D

I have to say the colour match is brilliant, even better than when I had glue in extensions put in back in February. Also the textures the same as my hair, the other extensions I had were a lot thicker and I think because of that you could tell they were extentions,whereas these are exactly like my own hair.

I received my hair extensions at the end of last week and wore them for the first time today! They are amazing and the colour is the exact match! I had a bit of a practice in the half hour I had to spare before I left for work and I'm so happy!!!! My own hair is very thick, and between jaw and shoulder length at the moment, with quite a lot of layers. The extensions are much finer hair, but when they're in this gives an effect of a messy layered style that

Sorry; it's been a while since you sent me the hair extensions. I just want to say thanks a million for such great extensions. Everyone that has seen them cannot tell the difference and are amazed at how much they blend in and you would never know.
